Finding time to do anything during the week or weekend for ourselves seems to slip through our fingers.

If you are not familiar with how therapy works, it is serious treatment that can last for a few weeks to a few years. This depends on many factors. Most individuals seek therapy due to a situational event, an existing mental disorder, stress, trauma, loss, addictions, etc. What ever the reason is for seeking help, it is your right to be cared for. Everyone deserves to be cared for.
